Brittany, Senior Session

(Click on the images to see larger versions!)

Brittany and her mother Candy where just a delight to work with. They are both so fun and after five minutes, they were no longer clients, but friends. We had a good time in the studio, getting pictures of Britt in her cheer uniform, letter jacket, and other favorite clothes. Doesn't she have beautiful glowing skin. Oh, to be a teen again! Here is a sneek preview of her session. Enjoy! I'd love to do a session for the whole family this spring...if not, we'll have to do lunch!

What's great about Brittany? She's the only senior to jump in the ball pitt!

Happy Valentines Day!

It feels like we were just doing the big Christmas Card rush - tons of photo sessions, last minute print jobs and getting them to clients in time to be mailed - and now it's time for Valentines Day. I love doing sessions with my kiddos, but it's always harder than I anticipate being mom and the photographer at the same time. Lollie pops, pleading and lots of goofy smiles later, I think we did suprisingly good. The boys favorite part was jumping...those didn't make the cut, but I'll post some here later. I hope Daddy likes his cards as much as the boys do!

Blazers Basketball

I had the chance to do a little league soccer team this fall and I still need to post their pictures for your viewing pleasure, but here is a little league basketball team we just did pictures for. Aren't they adorable! Even cuter when they play. I blurred out their last names for privacy on the cards and composite.

Little Dylan - Children's Photography

Little Dylan is very sweet. Although he has a lot of his mother's coloring, he actually has his father's eyes. His mother is caucasion and his dad is 1/2 japanese. I think it made for a beautiful baby boy. Dylan was a delight and definately a mover and shaker. One of my favorite shots from the session is one that I got while he was crawling away from the set. I love this age, with their chubby cheeks and all the rolls. We had to capture those little legs! I can just see these pictures being displayed at his wedding reception in 25+ years.

All in the Family - Children's Photography

How adorably matching are these kiddos. The two older kiddos are sibs and the younger is their cousin. I love their outfits. I always am a fan of matching clothes. Kaylee is such a sweet, sassy girl who was a delight. Carson was also fun, but as most 2-year-olds, was more interested in getting away from mommy and me. After the previous shoot, Pepe was MIA, so we used Rudolph to help us out. It was fun guys!

Fun & Fiesty! - Children's Photography

These kids remind me of my own fun and fiesty kiddos. They have so much personality that it really shines through in pictures --- if you can catch them! We had a little bit of trouble convincing them to stay in the studio and out of the ball pit in the adjoining play room, but we succeeded. My secret weapon -- Pepe the Puppet Dog -- usually entertains 99 percent of kiddos and I'm usually the puppeteer, but these cutie's dad was even better than I am! I'm going to have to hire him out to help with sessions! You might have missed your calling!

Little Ashlyn - Baby Photography

This beautiful little girl is just a dream. She loves to smile and also give these wistful looks like she's remembering Heaven. (Oh, I wish I could be in babies' heads sometimes and understand what they're thinking!) Here are a couple of pictures from our mini session.
