New Studio, Well, Kind of :o)

I'm been thinking about a studio, but I don't quite have the funds to have an all-out set-up, darn it! Instead, I did a little DIY, and presto, an instant studio. Making a backdrop was bit more challenging than I first thought. Two tries later, I'm happy with the results, but ready to try my hand at this painting thing again.
Here are the boys trying it out for me this morning. It was just after they ate, so their faces aren't the cleanest. Ash looks especially charming, doesn't he? LOL! Enjoy!

Dr. Thomas - Shoal Creek Smiles

I'm loving Dentists this week!
Dr. Thomas is also starting his practice of pediatric dentistry here in the metro. He has this really cool "Under the Sea" theme for his office and identity. It should be really cool. I know my boys are going to love it, and insurance willing, they might get to go there.
We had a good time taking a few headshots and talking about his new office. Scott is fun to work with and I look forward to working with the rest of his staff -- as soon as he hires them, that is!

King Dental Care

We were all smiles at King Dental Care yesterday. The new dentist office was looking to take some office pictures and some group pictures for marketing materials, including a bill board. They were a fun team to work with and I'd love to come shoot some of their families and kids.
Enjoy!

Eliza & Abby

Kristine and I go way back, and keep moving around and meeting up again. It's been fun to see her kids grow. I remember when Abby was just this little thing, not yet 2, toddling around, and now she's going to start kindergarden soon. I was happy when Kristine had me come and take some pictures of her newest addition, Eliza, on Tuesday. She is an absolute doll. While we were there, we snuck in some pictures of Abby in her ballet costume. Oh, to be a girl! I had the best time ladies. The only thing missing from this shoot, was Big Allen and his incredible jumps.
